2.What to use it for
- Something is broken. Tell us what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps more than a careful description.
- Billing and refunds. Within 14 days we refund without asking why. See the Refund Policy.
- Your data. Access, correction, export or deletion requests under the GDPR. We answer within one month, usually far sooner. See the Privacy Policy.
- Security. Found a vulnerability? Report it here before disclosing it publicly. Good-faith research reported this way will never be met with legal threats.
- The numbers look wrong. If a projection does not match your lender, we want to know. Tell us the debt’s rate, balance and payment and we will check the calculation.
3.What we cannot help with
We cannot give financial, legal or tax advice, recommend whether to take a loan, or negotiate with a lender on your behalf. Undebtor is a calculator and a tracker, not an adviser, and pretending otherwise would not be doing you a favour.
If your debts have become unmanageable, a non-profit debt counselling service in your country can help for free, and will do a better job of it than any app.
